Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from The Ranch Selections. Because seed products are perishable and regulated, please review the following carefully.

Refund window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong genetics, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will work with you on a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Germination

Germination depends on grower technique, environment, and storage. We stand behind our genetics and will discuss good-faith issues case by case — email info@ranchselections.com.

Change of mind

Unopened orders may be eligible for return authorization if requested before shipment or within 14 days of delivery. Once packs are opened, returns are generally not accepted.

Restricted destinations

Orders placed for delivery to a state or locality where we cannot ship hemp seeds will be cancelled and refunded in full. See the states we cannot ship to in our Shipping Policy.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
