Our products and hemp disclaimer

We sell hemp seeds only. Seeds are sold for collection and for lawful cultivation where permitted.

Under the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the “2018 Farm Bill”), hemp means the plant Cannabis sativa L. with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of no more than 0.3% on a dry-weight basis. Our seeds come from hemp as defined by the 2018 Farm Bill.

Seeds are not for human or animal consumption. Product descriptions refer to the genetics and growing characteristics of the plants only. We make no medical or health claims about any product, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Age and legal responsibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site and to purchase from it. By ordering, you confirm that you are 21 or older.

Laws on hemp seeds differ by location. Before ordering or germinating any seed, you are responsible for knowing and following all local, state, and federal laws that apply where you live and where your order is shipped.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping within the United States is free. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Card payments are handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Shipping and restricted locations

We ship to U.S. addresses only, and we do not ship to any state or locality where hemp seeds are prohibited. Orders to those locations will be cancelled and refunded in full. See our Shipping Policy for details, including the list of states we cannot ship to.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, and replacements, including the time limits for reporting a problem with an order, are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which is part of these terms. Please review it before you order.

Germination

Germination depends on storage, growing technique, and environmental conditions outside our control, so germination is not guaranteed.

Use of this website

The content on this site, including text, photos, and logos, belongs to The Ranch Selections and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. We try to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors can occur. If an error affects your order, we may correct it or cancel the order and refund you in full.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost crops, lost profits, or costs arising from your use or cultivation of our products or from your failure to follow applicable laws.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the “Last updated” date above.
